Last updated: October 27, 2026 Tay Dancy Vintage, LLC ("we") operates taydancyvintage.com. This policy explains what we collect when you shop with us, why, and who we share it with. We don't sell your personal information. What we collect - When you order: your email, name, shipping address, phone number, the pairs you buy and any shipping request you write at checkout. - When you create an account: your email, name and a password (stored only in protected, hashed form, never readable by us), plus your saved addresses, order history and wishlist. - When you contact us: your name, email and message. - When you pay: we don't see or store your full card number. Card details go straight to Stripe; PayPal payments happen on PayPal. We keep a record of the payment (amount, method and status), but do not retain full card information. - When you browse: like any website, our servers and our network provider receive your IP address and basic browser information, used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use advertising or analytics trackers. Your name, email and phone number may also be used for future marketing from us. Every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe, and we will not send you marketing text messages unless you have agreed to receive them. Your information is never disclosed or distributed outside of the disclosures in this policy. How we use it To process and ship your order, email you your order confirmation and tracking, handle returns and refunds, answer your messages, keep your account working, prevent fraud, and meet our tax and accounting duties. Who we share it with Only the services we need to run the store, and only what each needs: - Stripe — card details you enter, your email and the order amount — to take card payments. - PayPal — your order amount; you sign in to PayPal yourself — to take PayPal payments. - Shippo and USPS — your name, shipping address and phone number — to price shipping and print your label. - Resend — your email address and your order details — to send your order and shipping emails. - Cloudflare — your IP address and browser information — to deliver the site securely. - Our hosting provider (GoDaddy) — everything stored by the store, on our server — to run the store. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or prevent fraud. Your browser The site stores a few items in your browser so it works: your shopping bag, your login (if you sign in), and a list of orders you placed as a guest so you can find them again. These aren't used for tracking or advertising. Clearing your browser data removes them. How long we keep it We keep order and payment records for 6 years, as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we keep only what the law requires us to keep. Children Our store isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Security The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and card details are handled by Stripe and PayPal, never stored by us. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. Changes We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
