Shipping

Last updated: October 27, 2026 We ship within the United States by USPS, from Mount Pleasant, Michigan. Orders are packed and handed to USPS within 1–2 business days of payment; orders placed on weekends or holidays go out on the next business day. If you need faster shipping, please select Priority Mail. Shipping options and cost At checkout you choose: - Standard — USPS Ground Advantage; - Faster — USPS Priority Mail. The price shown is the live USPS price for your address and your pairs. An order of several pairs may ship in more than one box. We don't ship outside the United States yet. Shipping insurance When your order includes a pair over $200, shipping insurance is added for those pairs and shown in the shipping price. You can untick it at checkout if you'd rather not insure the shipment. Tracking Every order ships with tracking. We email your tracking number as soon as your label is made, and it appears on your order page too. Your shipping address Please check your address carefully before you pay. We ship only to the address entered at checkout and can't change it once the order is placed. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address. Cancellations We can't cancel or change an order once payment is complete, because your pair is reserved and its label is bought straight away. Please review your order before you pay. Lost, stolen or misdelivered packages If tracking shows your package as delivered but you don't have it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at [email protected]. After that we can't open an investigation with USPS. We're not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. Unclaimed packages It's your responsibility to follow your tracking and collect your package. If an unclaimed package comes back to us, we'll ship it again only after you pay the new shipping cost.
