Last updated: October 27, 2026 Overview This website is operated by Tay Dancy Vintage, LLC, a Michigan, United States company. "We," "us" and "our" mean Tay Dancy Vintage, LLC. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping policy, our Returns & Refunds policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these Terms by posting changes here. Using the site after a change means you accept it. 1. Using the store You must be of legal age where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's consent. You may not use the site for anything illegal, or try to disrupt it, including by sending malicious code. Breaking these Terms ends your right to use the site. 2. General conditions We may refuse service to anyone at any time. You may not copy, resell or exploit any part of the site without our written permission. Card details are always sent encrypted, directly to our payment provider. 3. Accuracy of information We work to describe and photograph every pair accurately, but screens show colors differently and we can't guarantee every detail. Information on the site may change without notice. 4. Prices and changes to the store Prices may change without notice. We may change, pause or stop any part of the store at any time. 5. Products Most pairs are one of a kind and available in a quantity of one. We may limit or refuse any order, including by person, household, payment method or address, and may correct a pair's description or price at any time. Returns follow our Returns & Refunds policy. While we make every effort to certify our products as authentic, we source our inventory from third parties and sell products "as is, where is." This allows us to offer products at a discount to the market. Some of our products have flaws. The most common is a damaged box: shipments from third parties often damage the box (as opposed to buying from a merchant in person). We take real and accurate photographs of our listings, so be certain to review them. Any flaws in the actual product are highlighted in the listing. 6. Orders and your information You agree to give accurate order and contact details. If we change or cancel your order, we'll try to tell you at the email you gave us. If we cancel an order, we refund what you paid. 7. Third-party services and links Payments, shipping, email and some site features are provided by other companies (see our Privacy Policy). Links to other websites are for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content or practices. 8. Messages and feedback If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything. You're responsible for what you send us. 9. Personal information Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. 10. Errors The site may sometimes contain errors in descriptions, prices, shipping costs or availability. We may correct them, and cancel affected orders, at any time. 11.
